Heart tangles like brittle hair thus afraid of action

Just watched the movie Zeitgeist on You Tube and am left with the question of, what do we do?  The movie seems to breed fear while it tries to quell it.  So, instead of being afraid of what the newspaper says, I have the "big bad banker evil" to fear.  The "New World Order" evil.  I am now seriously questioning if I should try to attain a passport.   And on top of it all, what do we do.  Why can't a movie with so much eye-opening information also provide solutions?  If any one out there reads this, please, send forth solutions and comments to help level my head.  Thank you.

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 22, 2007:

Waking up in the morning in my own free space and meditating on what to do for the day.  Today, walking the gardens, preparing supper and writing a song are on the agenda.  Tomorrow serving in the restaurant and harvesting.  The next day, practicing yoga and supervising a begining artists studio time. 
Etc.
